What Causes An Increase In The Cholesterol And Triglycerides Levels?
I am 32 years male. height 5-11, weight 72. I am very healthy and do not feel any physical complication. Also do not eat much. But my cholesterol level is 246 and Triglycerides is 646. Doctor prescribed me Rozavel F. May know how quickly I will reduce both cholesterol and triglycerides level, and what could be the main reason for these high level.

In fact,you are very young and you have high triglyceride and cholesterol levels.
You should know that there are some hereditary or genetic factors that cause this high values.There are some genetic characteristics that makes your metabolism or your cells inable to clean cholesterol from the body.
This is why you have high values at a very jung age.A secondary reason is your food intake or your diet.
It is essential to avoid high cholesterol food, fast food, pizzas, white bread, sweeties and to have regullar physical activity minimaly 40 minutes every day.
You can try this together whith medical treatment and repeat the blood analyze after one month. If high values persist than you shoud rise the dosage but not stop it.If it is hereditary you should take them life long.
