What Causes An Increased Sensitivity To Noise?

I am 65 years of age and have positive RA and positive DNA (123) and see a rheumatologist for Osteo arthritis and degenerative joint disease. Otherwise not diagnosed as what autoimmune disease I may have. Lupus has not become positive on test. I suddenly have recently become very sensitive to loud noises. I also recently had a viseral detachment in my vision. Not sure if this means anything but noticed a extreme change in noises bothering me. Any ideas?

Good evening. Well it doesnt not look related to Autoimmune disease. But you need to get your ENT check up done , as sometimes bone changes in the middle ear( Otosclerosis) can cause such symptoms. I hope the information was useful
