What Causes An Infant To Be Underweight Along With Frequent Stools?
My baby is 10 months old and is underweight (less than 16lbs). He s gained almost a pound in the past 3 months and 2 inches in height. He has about 4-5 dirty diapers a day. Should I be worried? He eats 3 meals a day, drinks formula and breastmilk, and little snacks in between meals. He also has milk and egg allergies.

I really appreciate your concern, most of the diarrhea in this age are self limiting but hydration needs to be taken care else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
