Hello
Thanks for writing to us.

This pain may be related to gas. He is not able to pass gas properly.
If he only on breastfed, then ask his mother, not to eat anything unpleasant or difficult to digest. I would advise her to take light food which can be easily digested. And if your infant on formula milk, it can be cause of gas in his small stomach. Discontinue it.
However check it with pediatrician, he can suggest you some medicines and a good alternative of formula milk.

Thanks
Dr. Tripat Mehta
