What Causes An Infected Spot Under The Arm Pit?

I have a spot under my arm pit, it didnt hurt but i squeezed the puss out and now its very painful and i cant move my arm without it aching, i squeezed a little more and it was clear fluid coming out and now the lump feels and looks a lot bigger than it did originally. this is the second time its happened in the same place. what can it be?
