Pediatrician 's  Response
Brief answer:
Do a urgent ecg and echocardiography.

Detailed answer:
Your child has missed pulses during sleep.
This is not related to ingestion of amoxycillin.
This could be missed beats, you need to do an urgent ecg and echocardiography to rule out heart disease.
Revert back with above reports.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
