What Causes An Itchy Cyst Like Knot On The Thigh?

I have a bump on my thigh that looks like a flea bite that has been scratched and irritated. The thing is I ve had one before on the opposite side of the same leg, Its like a hard knot though, best way described, it feels like a cyst. Feels like a knot when you run your hand across it. Well that one has been there for awhile now. I can t find any answers on what it could be. Its not a rash. Just single bites. It doesn t always itch but at random times it will start to, it almost feels like it s not even there until it starts to itch. Have you ever heard anything like this

HI
Well come to HCM
Your query is appreciated, if it is the chronic one then it may be lipoma if it not the chronic then it may be cystic lesion, lymph node, abscess formation if this is the cyst then it may required surgery but not always, I would advise to keep the condition under observation for any changes and in case of something wrong happening you will have to see the surgeon hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
