Hello,
I can understand your distress.from your description, it appears to be an
allergic contact dermatitis. Following are a number of some steps of treatment:
1) Identification of the allergen or the thing that is responsible for the
rash.
2) Better to avoid direct contact with soaps, detergents, chemical cleansers etc.
3) Only mild glycerine containing soaps are to be used.
4) Also avoid contact with any kind of disinfectants, sanitizers. 5) Apart from the above-mentioned medication,
Calamine lotion can be used as a soothing agent on the rash.
6) Also, make sure that your bedding and furniture is free from all kinds of bugs and insects.
Even if the rash persists for 2 to 3 more days, you need to see the
dermatologist such that he can again carefully examine and order some investigations to rule out any systemic disease.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
