What Causes An Itchy Rash On The Back?
I am a 49 year old female, weighing 142 lbs and consider myself in good health. I do not take any medication. I have an extremely itchy rash on my back, mainly in the lower to mid back area. I ve had it before and it seems to come up right before my period is going to start. I also wake up in the middle of the night 3 or 4 consecutive nights, before my period is going to start, for a couple hours and have a hard time going back to sleep. Is this hormone related or a food allergy? What can I do to take down the inflammation, stop the itching and sleep through the night? Thank you, Kathleen
