Hi,

Noted your history of a rash which looks like psoriasis but the Doctors said it is not psoriasis. They are saying this to be an eczema, prednisolone helped temporarily. You are also taking Metoprolol, Losarten, Amplodepin, tramadol and Trazodone.
First of all I was wondering why would you need so many antihypertensives. Please check with a Cardiologist, get complete cardiological evaluation and proper management.
Since biopsy has already been done and is negative I would advise you the following:
Consult another Dermatologist after stopping local applications as the visual appearance of the lesion is most diagnostic in most of the cases of skin problems.
You may need a repeat biopsy and thus get an appropriate diagnosis and proper management.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Watch for the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the skin problems and stop such things for ever.
If there is fungal growth, you may need additional management.
Also watch fo blood sugar and other tests to see why the immunity is reduced.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
