General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Itchy rash in the stomach and the arms commonly occur due to allergy, reaction to some medicine you are taking & have not mentioned, insect bites. Contact dermatitis & psoriasis if you are sexually active.

You are suggested to take care of your hygiene, wear cotton clothes, take antihistamines, Levocetrizine, once daily for 3-5 days for relieve. Apply calamine lotion or hydrocortisone ointment on the area affected. Since you are sexually active, get STD tests done to stay on the safer side.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
