What Causes An Itchy Red Spot On Foreskin During Urination After Sex?
5 days ago I received oral from a Balinese girl for about 15 minutes. I was drunk. The next day I had a red spot on the end of my foreskin. Now I am urinating frequently and sometimes a slight burn and small itch. There is no pain at all. I done a hsv swab at the doctor today now waiting for results. But my doctor said it would be too early for the red spot to be hsv. Any ideas? Please
It's good that for reassurance you got the HSV tests however possibility of other sexually transmitted infections like chlamydia or gonorrhea should also be kept in mind. Rarely syphilis can present with such spot at penis. In any case, TORCH screen or STDs work up should be done. A urologist or a dermatologist review is recommended if initial work up is unremarkable. Sometimes preliminary antibiotics with injectable ceftriaxone and azithromycin or vibromycin is helpful.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
