Hi, There are several reasons for itching over the breast however most of them would have a histamine related action. Histamine is a substance that causes itching, redness, swelling, and rash. This may cause some oozing as well. There are many reasons for one to develop an allergy but one may be allergic to many of the metals or the dust in an Auto workshop. Many people may also be allergic to aerosol or chemicals. Excessive sweating can also cause itching and rash over the breasts. Other reasons for swelling and rash include some breast infections and some type of breast tumors. It would be a good idea to see a doctor to get the breast examined to get to the cause.
