What Causes An Open Wound In The Stump?
hello, i have a painful spot on my stump from something rubbing down there, and i have been putting up with a sinus infection for about 6 days which is also painful on and off, i was wondering if this is a good time to go. the spot rubbed raw is open and i am very pron to infections.

You're describing a sinus which is a fibrous tissue track that is being filled with pus or secretion that is the time when it's painful and the pain is relieved when it's emptied...You have to be examined by a surgeon
