Hi! My 8 year old son has an orange spot on his foot that just appeared. He thought he had a blister but it s not a blister. It feels dry but there was orange drainage on his sock. Looked almost like diluted betadine. It is sore but not reddened or warm to touch. Any idea what it may be?
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
