What Causes An Outbreak Of Facial Sores And Blisters Around The Mouth?

I have been battling sores appearing on my face like an ulcer, and also fever blisters around my lips. I have read to stay away from sugar. What else can I do? I am 62 taking high blood pressure meds, cholesterol meds, exferxor, Vit D, CoQ10 and a small doze of aspirin every other night. I am over weight.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your health.

As per your history you seems to have recurrent herpes labialis, it is a viral infection in which there are small blister eruption near lip, chin or one side of face, blisters are pain full associated with fever and generalized body aches, some time.

It is a self healing conditions and heals within one or two days. If it is recurrent there may be some problem with your immune system or repeated episodes which trigger it.

You need to take healthy food with vitamin B complex supplements and also visit a doctor for further evaluation.
