What Causes An Unintentional Weight Loss?

I have been eating healthy and working out since the first of the year and have lost 40 pounds , I went on vacation and went way off track , but other than gaining a few pounds , I was fine. Now I am back eating right & working out again and I have had an upset stomach for the past 2 days ( my husband & I have eaten the same foods) I have taken peto , not eaten alot and still have black diahrrea ( spelling sorry ) I feel sick and the other night I had chills and fever , that is gone , but not the upset tummie & unusual bowl habits. Should I call my Dr. ?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the loosing of weight with no symptoms then it is nothing to worry, if you are physically and mentally fit then it is nothing to worry stomach symptoms may not be due to any illness but it could be nonspecific hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
