What Causes Anal Bleeding After Anal Sex?

Hi Dr. I ve got anal sex with my wife yesterday in the morning. But now it s got bled. Her butts are aching and in the time of pee bleeding occured from her vagina also. We discovered it today in the morning. How can we stop this bleeding? Please help. Rakibul, Bangladesh

Hi,

There might be an anal fissure or some anal or rectal injury after sex. So anal bleeding can be present.

Moreover vaginal bleed could be due to rough sex or some internal pathology of genital organs.

I suggest you consult her to the nearby gynecologist for detailed evaluation.
