General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The itching is most likely due to the fissure and hemorrhoid and may continue as those are healing. So I would be recommending continuing the treatment for those, avoiding constipation, and as they heal the itching should also resolve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Aaron Branch, General & Family Physician
