What Causes Anal Itching?
My son is in prison, he is 45 yrs, old and has experienced itching at rectum and rectum canal is very raw. He was put on an antibiotic which made some improvement , but that has been 3 months ago. He is now showing additional symptoms such as little or no energy. Also will go for Colon,check when they get around to it . Any Ideas? Thank you so much! Could the water source cause this? Also he is not having sex in prison.

In most cases that could be due to hemlinths due to poor hygienic condition and I think you should have test for that. And continue antibiotics to prevent secondary infection.
