What Causes Anal Leakage?
For about 3 months I have been dealing with Anal leakage. I am a 47 yr old female who believes that is a one way street. I can be sitting or standing and all of a sudden i have a wet bottom. It is gross and I need help. I have had a colonoscopy and have no polyps and a beautiful colon according to my Doctor. this does not happen all the time but, I have resorted to wearing a pad just in case on a regular basis.

you are suffering from anal incontinence which could be due to loss of anal sphincter tonus, neurologic or metabolic problems.A trip to your Doctor for examination and work-up will be good.In the mean time, keep protecting with pad till he tells you the next course of action which will depend on the underlying etiology.
