Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Anal pain after bowel movement is mostly suggestive of anal fissure. This problem can result from constipation or pregnancy and birth. You need to consult your doctor for clinical assessment, where he/she would confirm the diagnosis, and prescribe analgesics, topical creams and laxatives to prevent constipation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
