What Causes Anal Pain After Defection?

My 3yr old son just had a BM. Afterward, he complained that is anus was hurty. His BM was orangybrown and filled with many (hundreds/thousands) of tiny black sesame seed like. He had another loose BM, a few minutes later, with more tiny black seeds. Again, he complained that his hinny was hurting. Two days ago, he ate 1/2 of a kiwi fruit. What are those seeds?

This may be caused by several issue and most common are anal fissure,polyp or hemorrhoids. You need to see prociologist to verify exact cause and then it can be treated. Rarely it may be sign of tumor but it would manifest with bleeding as well.
