What Causes Anal Pain And Foul Smelling Semen While On Tester One Replacement Therapy?
Hi my name is....etc Ive had both of my testicles removed due to testicular Cancer. I now have two fake testicles and I am on tester one replacement therapy with injections every three weeks. I have pain in the anus after and during ejeculation. My semen has a horrible smell and looks like mucus. What should I do?

I recommend performing an abdominal ultrasound in order to check for possible prostatitis, which could cause such complaints. It is also necessary performing a urine analysis and urine bacterial culture.
