What Causes Anal Pain During 8 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 7 weeks and 6 days and last night I had very bad butt hole cramps when trying poop...then it stopped I spotted throughout the day nothing have now tonight the butt hole cramps wake me up when trying to go again they became so pain I had to hold on to somthing is the a miscarriage

This is not a miscarriage.. When u conceive..the foetus in your stomach feels heaviness n floating..and some time there is also complaint of constipation.
Don't apply pressure when you go washroom for passing of stool.
