What Causes Anal Pressure In Case Of Rectocele And Grade 4 Prolapse?

I have recently had an Injection of Botox and an examination under general A. And was told my rectocele was worst than expected.the letter I have recieved from my consultant explains I have animus , the rectocele and grade 4 prolapse and that surgery will be needed. I did ask a few questions on the day but wasnt really with it after my General and want to ask further but he s away. Since the 17th when I had the Botox , the pressure on my anus is driving me crazy! I think it s stool and it isn t , the pressure is constant and when I m trying to go a fleshing lump comes out and goes back in , I ve also noticed bloody jelly coming out and I had a bright blood clot thing on a tiny piece of stool . Shall I wait until the 28th when my consultant is back? And what does all the above mean , especially grade4?

The fleshy lump that is coming out is your rectum(part above the anus).you may be having piles which is usually due to constipation.the operation that your consultant advised is true You may wait till 28th but meanwhile you should correct your constipation to avoid blood in stools by taking some laxative and fiber diet with plenty of fluids .
