What Causes Anal Tenderness With Lumps On The Buttocks?
I m in severe pain, my anus is tender to touch, with lumps all on my cheeks. One of them has burst and has been bleeding constantly. Im having to wear pads to soak up all the blood. I have done everything they said to do online, using creams and wipes, plus icing the area and soaking in warm water. Nothing is helping, and I need to know if this can wait until I can go to my doctor on Monday or go to the ER now. I think its external hemorrhoids

If you have a fever or are seeing pus from the lesions on your buttocks you should probably be seen in emergency. If there is no pus and you do not have a fever you can probably just do some soaks in warm water and wait to be seen on Monday
