General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Lexapro is a very good antidepressant used to treat anxiety in adults/major depressive disorder. I will suggest you see your psychiatrist to also evaluate your for ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). Drugs like Adderall may help with concentration but I will advise you see your doctor for a fresh evaluation and to judge the need for such a drug. Regular follow-up will also be needed with dose adjustment of drugs if need be.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mbuomboh Veranso
