What Causes Angina Attacks While Suffering From UTI?

Can angina attacks be related with a uti? I have interstitial cystitis and that causes frequent uti s. It seems like when I have a uti I have the angina attacks. It maybe that I have so many uti s that I just have the angina anyway. I have controlled type II diabetes.
