Hi. My 82 year old father has been suffering several attacks of unstable angina. He's a diabetic and had a heart attack 6 months ago. He really needs another bypass but is unable to have one. My family and I are concerned that he is possibly not going to get better and wondered if he is dying? Please help

What Causes Angina While Suffering From Diabetes?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Angina is the coronary insufficiency through blockage of coronary vessels from underlying atherosclerosis or other issues. As the second bypass is not possible, the conservative line of management has to be opted for his best health. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
