General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Worsening shortness of breath can imply that there is a progression of heart failure.

The lasix frequency may need to be temporarily increased but this should be confirmed with your doctor before it is altered.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
