What Causes Anorgasmia After A C Section Delivery?

I had my son 9 months ago via csection. I had a tubal right after delivery and I also had. Small placental abruption on the left side during delivery. Anesthesiologist stuck me 6 plus times in my spine and finally got it. Several hours after I got a really severe pain in my right shoulder they rubbed it, applied heat and gave me vicoden. The pain about 2 hours later went to my spine causing an air bubble. Every time I sat up my cervical are in neck crushed and swelled. Severe head pain which felt like the blood vessels in my head were going to explode with a crackling sound the pain went straight to the top of my skull and felt like it was going to burst through the top of my head. I was not a candidate for a blood patch the anesthesiologist stated it could kill me so they opted for caffeine usage and sent me home. I had this for 14 days and they could not figure it out. I ended up taking 4 excedrine migraine tablets and it took it away in 2 hours. However, at my 6 weeks apoint mentioned I was allowed to resume sexual activity and nothing happened...I can no longer feel orgasms. .in the uterms nor clitoral stimualtion. I am 9 months postoperative and still nothing. I was told to use a sex toys and estrogen. Nothing still. I was then sent to urology/gynecology department and she did a prick test non responsive on the left side however there was a very small twinge on the right side. She did an internal examine and something gushed out it was by my cervix she tried to reenact it but nothing happened. She said it was the weirdest thing she'd ever seen. She then cathered me and took a sample of fluid. She said my symptoms do not match that of a c section but that of a vaginal delivery. They don't know what could've caused it and they don't know if I will ever regain sexual sensations. I am 38 years old please help
