What Causes Ants To Get Attracted To Underwear?

Why are hundreds of ants all over my 12 year old dirty underwear? This has been going on for a few weeks. It does not take long for the ants to gather. I have also noticed that her underpants are getting a lot of holes in the crotch - even new ones. Should i be concerned?

Ants attracts towards underwear of a 12 year ,may be due to.
1 Pelvic inflammatory disease , where there is pus type of discharge , so please ,if such type of discharge present get in an examination of this discharge .
2 The next reason of such ( ants ) symptoms may be due to dribble of urine in the sleep ( urine may contains sugar i.e diabetes ) .Get in blood examination for sugar .
3 The most important reason is fructose discharge from vagina . As I have noted that fructose attracts ants , so please get in an examination of this discharge from the underwear and take a history of any physical contact ( sex relation ).I am sorry to say but this is only a possibility, so please don't mind and this is my professional view.
