What Causes Anxiety Along With Dizziness And Fainting?

My sister is 20 and recently had a panic/anxiety like attack that consisted of dizziness, seeing a bright light, heavy shallow breathing and fainting almost a gasping for air which was freaking her out. She has had this once when she was drunk but she was sober this time? What do you think she is. She is low in iron but takes iron pills for that so I can t see it being anaemia related.
