Hello,

Anxiety and stress is best managed with meditation although, it takes a lot of time but is worth trying. The pain is related to postural issue likely straining too much of the back. Try doing simple exercises like stretching. If the symptoms don’t go away, taking pain killers like ibuprofen helps. For the anxiety and stress I would suggest you visit a psychiatrist or psychologist. Few counseling sessions will help. If needed your doctor might prescribe you medicines to control the anxiety.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
