Anxiety is caused commonly by stress (financial stress, work stress, relationship stress, stress due to physical / emotional trauma, etc). To reduce anxiety cut on alcohol, anxiety, caffeine, etc. Exercise regularly, take deep breaths & stay well hydrated. Take well balanced diet. Consult a Counselor/
Psychiatrist. You may need CBT, combination
counselling, therapy & medicines (anxiolytic drugs).
Mild
memory loss occurs due to
alcoholism, deficiency of vitamin B1, B12, difficulty in concentration due to stress,
depression & anxiety. Stay away from anxiety, addictions if any. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get blood tests & MRI done to detect the degree of memory loss, get treated at the earliest. In the mean time, take adequate sleep. Take healthy diet, whole grains, veggies, fruits, fish , beans, etc. Do physical activities to keep your brain active, socialize regularly.
