Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have anxiety since last month. My ECG and ECHO are normal. Heart and Lungs are perfectly working. I had viral also some days before but nowdays it has gone after taking medicines. Then why this anxiety happens to me daily. ? Is it a symptoms of HIV because I had unprotected sex first time of my life 10 years ago. May i have HIV? How it can b recognise.? please reply.
The anxiety itself is a disease and may occur without any other problem related to the heart or lungs. This is even nor related to HIV. This is just taking thing too much on the mind. If your all tests are fine, then you should just relax. Try meditation and deep breathing exercises.
While you may get an HIV test at any clinic to be sure, but this anxiety does relate to HIV itself.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
