What Causes Anxiety While Taking Deep Breaths?

I m having a hard time breathing. I feel anxiety in a deep breath. I m very tired and a bit nauseated. It feels like pressure in my bronchial area. I had a sinus infection a month ago and the drainage and pressure has never fully gone away. It seems to be getting worse. My sinus headaches and pressure have been on and off for a couple weeks now.

hi sir/madam,nasal passages would have blocked causing difficulty in breathing.this can lead to anxiety.you mentioned about sinus infection.first of all have steam inhalation is very promising.tab.wikoryl twice daily for 3 days.if you have fever and severe haedache,body pains, you need to take a course of antibiotic, tab.ZOCEF 500mg twice daily for 5 days.take plenty of fluids and rest.take care.bye.
