What Causes Appearance Of Prominent Veins Along With Severe Pain In Hands?

hello I have lupus and i am a 46 year old black women. today I was holding a strawberry coffee kulata it was cold and after i drank it my hands started to hurt and i looked at them and they were green my whole hand fingers to wrist. Can you help me figure this out please. Could it be cancer?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the sudden onset of symptoms then this could be due to emotional stress, history of lupus may not be related with this, hope this information helps, take care.
