What Causes Appetite Loss Along With Fatigue And Chills?

I have no gall bladder, but about once a month I get a fever in my body, really hot in my hands and upper body, and I've never been food poisoned, as far as I know... But I link this with my symptoms, I chill and it feels like flu symptoms, but I can take any cold meds I have on hand, go to bed and eventually I get better, loss of appetite, not feeling like anything, lathergic, I'm 67, still working, my friends husband has pancreatic attacks and his diet has a lot to do with it so I'm told , I'm Probally 30-35 lbs overweight, still have terrible hot flashes, I take ice bags to bed with me at night! Thank you.... What does this sound like to you?

Hello
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Ideally body temperature need to be ruled to confirmed the fever else it could be just a worm feeling but may not be the fever, and worm feeling could be due to hormone changes, if this is a viral fever then it has to be finished after 5 to 6 days, routine blood test is the option to ruled out the infection or clinical examination, else taking medicine for fever is not advisable unless it is being proved, I would again advise you to read the body temperature at every 4 hourly if it is the fever then underlying cause of it needs to be found out.
Hope I have answered your query, let me know for further assistance,
