What Causes Chills And Muscle Aches Along With Fatigue And Rise In BP?

I caught something from a person just back from Guatemala. There are no respiratory effects at all, but it causes chills, muscle aches and spasms, and severe fatigue. It also causes a rise in blood pressure, and light headed spells. Can this be identified?

Regarding your symptoms you displayed following contact with someone from guantamela I am suggesting the following differential diagnosis
HIV infection
Meningitis
Encephalitis
Malaria
Typhoid fever
Leukemia
In view of this please do the following test
Lumber puncture test
Blood culture
Malaria parasite test
Widal test
Complete blood count
Meanwhile see your physician for expert clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
