Hello,

Salty taste along with nausea can be caused by various factors:

-Kidney problem.
-Dehydration.
-Drugs.
-Infections like sinusitis and dental infections like pericoronitis.
-GERD disease.

Nervous disorder altering taste. As your chief complaint mentions hypotension due to low water in the blood, kidney stones indicating renal compromise, drug history, gout and nervous disorders like Parkinson's disease.

All these factors can cause salty taste in mouth and nausea. You are therefore advised to take:

-Plenty of liquids in the diet.
-Maintain good oral hygiene.
-Go for scaling with a dentist.
-Try mouthwash Chlorohexidine 0.1% for 15 days.

And get yourself properly checked at a dental hospital department with an oral medicine specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
