yes I am a cna and i have a 98 year of patient he has leaky valves and heart failure, afib etc. how can I best help him the hospital recommends palliative care. and already he has no appetite signs of weakness walks slower, coughs frequently, complaints of sob. etc.

please consult with a physician for examination . patient may need a chest x Ray as well as an Echocardiogram.if the SpO2 falls patient may need oxygen inhalation.
