What Causes Appetite Loss And Fever?

I haven t had an appetite for eight days now, am losing body fat but not weight on the scale. I have headaches all the time relieved by acetaminophen only to return once the meds have worn off. I have a fever, chills, and am sleeping way more than normal when my stomach isn t in pain. There is a fair bit of stress in my life right now which to me would explain away most of the above but not the weight thing.

Welcome to health care magic.
Fever,chills,appetite loss,abdominal pain since 8 days can be due to any infectious disease which needs to be assessed through further clinical examination and investigations.Headache if started along with all this is part of this disease.If you have history of headache since long back that can be tension headache or migraine.
I advise investigations like blood haemogram,widal test for typhoid,liver function tests for viral hepatitis,USG abdo.
Take anti pyretic tab.paracetamol 500 mg thrice for fever.Have adequate intake of water.You need to visit physician for physical examination.
