Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pain at sex is common in first timers but chill and loss of appetite is not a normal thing. White spots in the vagina are not normal. Wait for 3 days, if they persist then get examined by a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
