My Husband is 78 years old, and suffered a heart attack 6months ago. He was doing ok in the beginning but he has no appetite, has lost too much weight, and lot of muscle mass. He is 5 9 and weighs 140. His skin Is very loose, and pale although he did spend a little time outside. He is so weak he cannot lift his feet, he keeps his knees bent and scoots along. My son moved in with us to help out. He is a Graphic Artist and can Work from home. My husband was a smoker for over 60 years. His whole family were smokers ,but one. They Except for one they all passed away with heart attacks. Paul has tried to quit a number of times, but without Any success. He has quit way back on the number he was smoking,He is also using one of those liquid Pipes. I have heard that they are more dangerous than the ciggeretts. I keep begging for him to quit, ever since Our first son was born 54 years ago.I,m taking Zoloft and Xanax,to just exist. He also has a torn Rotator Cuff Causing him a lot of pain, and loss of sleep. Our Son hired a Physical Therapist at our local gym so he could Get the proper exercises. He went for a while and quit, because he said he could do them at home on his own. That didn t last long. He spends most of his time sitting or napping. I am trying so hard to be patient with him, but I m coming to the end of my rope. Thank you for your time. Sincerely D. Myers
