What Causes Architectural Distortion In Breast?

Hi- \i had a repeat of my mammogram last week and it came back suggestive that I have a core biopsy next week. The report aid a small amount of architectural distortion with an intermediate degree of suspicion for maligancy- classified as a category of $B. Can you shed any ight on this for me? Can it be caused by anything other than breast cancer? Thanks
