What Causes Arm Or Leg Jerks While Sleeping When Suffering From Epilepsy?

hi , is it normal to have arm or leg jerk during sleeping that wakes me up from sleeping in soo much panic and makes it hard to sleep again but it doesnt happen again , i am 29 , i have controlled Generalized epilipsy since i was 14 , iam siezure free for 2 years now am a smoke and i drink small amount of coffee daily , and i suffered from panic attacks before and i took serpass as antidepressant and it gave perfect results but now these things during sleeping ,makes my sleep quality very bad, thanks in advance

This type of jerky movements may be a part of your seizures. These are called partial seizures when one side of the body is affected. I understand you should see your doctor and discuss this.
