What Causes Arm Pain Along With Blood In Saliva And High BP?

Hi I am a 47 yrs old female the last few days ago and tonight I am going through this I wake up my arms are hurting and it will take about 10 minutes of 15 to lower my arms on top of that I also spit up blood and my blooyupd pressure was high at times

You have pain in both arms while lowering , spitting blood in saliva, and some times high blood prrssure.Pain in both arms means you have some pathology in cneck, you have to go for an xray of neck ,Ap and lateral views, some blood tests like hb, tlc, dlc ,esr, blood sugar, blood urea, serum creatinine, lipid profile, urine routine and xray chest. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice cevical collar, tab diclofenac , peracetamol, MR, cap B complex. For blood in saliva tab chromostat , tab augmentum 625 twice a day sporlac sachets twice a day. For high BP tab ramipril H 5mg once a day.For blood in saliva further treatment will depend upon the pathology in xray and0 other reports.
