What Causes Arm Pain And Tiredness Along With Mild Headache?

For about 2 weeks I ve had bone aches (arms & legs) accompanied by excessive waves of tiredness with mild headaches. I ve remained hydrated, drinking water for the high temps in my area & have rested between activities. Today I tested my temperature because someone else I was with today had the exact same symptoms; it is normally for me 98.3 to 98.6, today it is 97.4. The other person is in her late 60s & I am 74. Any ideas of what is going on?

Hello,

Mild headache can be due to blood pressure & blood sugar issues. Maintain your blood pressure & blood glucose at optimum levels. Get an eye check up done, you may need a pair of lens. Stay away from stress (physical & emotional), anxiety & tensions.

You are suggested to see a GP & get physically examined to rule out migraine, tension/cluster headache. Pain in the arms can be indicative of developing CAD, get a thorough cardiac check up done. Get all blood & Imaging tests done. Get treated at the earliest.

To get rid of fatigue & tiredness you can take vitamin B tonics (B6, B12, folic acid, zinc & magnesium, etc) & vitamin E (Evion - 400). Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.
